Polski Związek Piłki Nożnej podał terminarz rundy finałowej Centralnej Ligi Juniorów U19. Pierwsze mecze półfinałowe zostaną rozegrane 6 czerwca, a Mistrza Polski poznamy dokładnie dwa tygodnie później.
Do półfinałów mistrzostw Polski awansują dwa najlepsze zespoły z grupy zachodniej i wschodniej. Na dwie kolejki przed końcem rundy zasadniczej pewna awansu do strefy medalowej jest jedynie Legia Warszawa. Drugim zespołem z grupy wschodniej będzie prawdopodobnie Cracovia, która do wywalczenia miejsca w gronie czterech najlepszych zespołów w Polsce potrzebuje zaledwie jednego punktu. W grupie zachodniej rywalizacja o miejsce w półfinale rozegra się natomiast między Śląskiem Wrocław, Pogonią Szczecin i Lechem Poznań.
Najlepsze zespoły z każdej grupy w półfinale zmierzą się z wicemistrzami z sąsiedniej grupy. Pierwsze spotkania zaplanowano na 6 czerwca. Mecze rewanżowe zostaną rozegrane cztery dni później.
Zwycięzcy meczów półfinałowych zmierzą się w finałowym dwumeczu. Ostateczne rozstrzygnięcia poznamy 20 czerwca.
